Therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore difficulties, build insight, and develop practical ways forward. I work collaboratively and at your pace, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals.

Autism & ADHD Assessments

I offer comprehensive adult autism and ADHD assessments. Assessments are affirming, thorough and carried out with care and clarity, with the aim of providing a clear understanding of strengths, difficulties, and support needs.

Post-Diagnostic Support

I offer post‑diagnostic support to help make sense of neurodivergence. This support focuses on understanding of self, exploring the impact on daily life, and identifying practical and emotional support options moving forward.

£120 per session

Health Insurance

I am registered with Bupa, AXA, Vitality Health and AVIVA. Different providers and healthcare plans have different rules and regulations of engagement. Third party funded services are charged in accordance with the individual insurer’s fee schedules. Please discuss directly with your provider to find out what funding they will authorise.
